The bankruptcy law committee of the Covid19 Taskforce (GTMC) has been working for a few weeks on a report on possible ways to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on Spanish business firms. Given that the Government will soon take action on the issues we are analyzing, we have decided to publish this document, which contains some preliminary contributions to the Taskforce's work that its authors have deemed appropriate to share with a wider audience to stimulate discussion. These contributions reflect, therefore, the opinions of their authors and not the joint position of the Taskforce, which we hope will be reflected in the near future in a single document agreed upon after a process of further internal discussion.
